Casey graduated from Pennsylvania Western University with her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Who I Help

 

I have a passion for working with folks struggling with depression, marriage/divorce/relationship issues, grief, infertility/prenatal/postpartum issues, and sex-related concerns.

​

I also really enjoy working with concerns surrounding Adult ADHD, LGBTQIA+, anger management, anxiety, relationship identity (i.e. CNM), self-esteem, stress management, gender identity in adults, sexuality and sexual identity, parenting, sex addiction,  and OCD.

​

I love helping clients discover the strength they didn't think was there. I feel honored to be a part of their journey to their "aha" moment.

What Can you Expect?

​

To me, counseling is a place to come that is free of any biases. I am here to be your sounding board and not pick sides on the struggles that you are facing. My job as your counselor is to give you the tools to be your own biggest advocate for your well being and happiness. I won’t be giving you advice or telling you what to do. Rather, I will be facilitating you through our conversations to come to your own best solutions. Truthfully, you already have the answers on how to get through your issues and become a healthy and productive individual. I am only here to help you find those answers.

I’m an open book who is as transparent as it comes. I use sarcasm, dark humor, and wear comfy clothes. There is no such thing as "TMI" for me. You can trust that our interactions will be full of authenticity and honest answers.
