Rebuilding gave us something most people never get: a blank slate. We werenโ€™t tied to old systems, outdated models, or inherited expectations. We had the chance to rethink everythingโ€”from how support is offered, to how sustainability is built in.

  • Preferably are looking to do around 20-25 billed sessions/week. (But weโ€™re flexible on this number! Our minimum is 12+ billed sessions/week.)

  • Want to build your own business without having to figure it all out alone.

  • Are ready to grow inside a space thatโ€™s transparent, imperfect, and always evolving.

  • Are ready to commit to at least one year here as you build, grow, and settle into your practice.

  • BIPOC mental health and racial identity exploration
