I was drawn to this work because I genuinely care about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported through life's most complex moments. Whether you're healing from relational pain, navigating neurodivergence, finding your footing as a parent, or simply trying to make sense of the storms inside youโ€”I love sitting with clients as they navigate these challenges. What fuels my passion is witnessing the strength, insight, and growth that already exist within each person and helping them reconnect with those parts of themselves that got buried under the weight of just surviving.

As someone who walks the walk with ADHD in my own life, I understand what it's like when your brain works differently than the world expects. I've spent over a decade coaching others through executive functioning challenges while navigating my own.

This lived experience, combined with my training as a clinical mental health counselor and wellness coach, allows me to show up with both professional expertise and personal understanding.

My approach is grounded in creating an inclusive, authentic, and empowering space where every part of you is welcome. I believe you deserve to be seen and heard without judgment, and I show up with care, curiosity, and genuine respect for your unique journey. Compassion, radical self-care, and collaboration guide everything we do together. My work is integrative and mindfulness-based, weaving together trauma-informed therapy, gentle somatic practices, reflective conversation, and practical wellness coaching tools that actually fit your life.

In our sessions, you'll find warmth, patience, and an attentive presence. We'll explore your challenges with curiosity rather than criticism, notice patterns without judgment, and reconnect with your strengths at your own pace. I approach our work as a true partnershipโ€”you are the expert on your life, and I'm here to support you in finding clarity, balance, and confidence in your unique way of navigating the world. Together, we'll build practices that support not just surviving, but actually thriving.

It's a privilege to walk alongside someone as they discover clarity, calm, and self-trust. My hope is that therapy with me feels safe, restorative, and empoweringโ€”a place where you can be fully yourself while finding more ease in life. Because that connection, that space where you feel truly understood? That's at the heart of why I do this work.

Specialties

  • When navigating relationship challengesโ€”whether in marriage, separation, or divorceโ€”you can expect me to show up with warmth, steadiness, and genuine care. Relationships can feel overwhelming, especially when patterns keep repeating or when major transitions shake everything you thought you knew. Our work together is meant to help calm the inner storms that relationship struggles create, offering a nonjudgmental space grounded in deep listening, care, and restoration.

My work is integrative and mindfulness-based, drawing from trauma-informed therapy, gentle somatic practices, reflective conversation, and wellness coaching tools. Together, we'll focus on building awareness of your relationship patterns, understanding them with compassion rather than criticism, and finding ways to feel more grounded and presentโ€”both in your relationships and in your daily life. I see relationship difficulties not as something "wrong" with you, but as understandable responses to what you've lived through and the relational environments you've had to navigate.

Through our collaborative work, we'll explore how past experiences shape current relationships, while keeping your voice and lived experience central to the process. Whether you're working to strengthen your marriage, navigating separation, or healing from divorce, we'll approach these challenges as opportunities for growth, with healing unfolding through connection, mindfulness, and care.

  • Parenting can bring both joy and stress, and it's common to feel uncertain or stretched thinโ€”wondering if you're doing enough, doing it right, or just doing damage control. In our work together, I help parents explore these challenges with curiosity and compassion, focusing on strategies that support both your well-being and your child's growth.

I draw from mindfulness techniques to help you stay present even in chaos, trauma-informed approaches that recognize how your own childhood shapes your parenting, reflective exercises to understand what's getting triggered, and wellness coaching tools to maintain your own stability. Together, we'll work on helping you respond rather than react when your buttons get pushed, strengthen your connection with your children even through difficult behaviors, and build genuine confidence in your parenting choicesโ€”not perfect parenting, but good-enough parenting that honors both your needs and theirs.

I view parenting struggles not as failures but as opportunities for insight and growth. Sometimes the hardest moments with our children teach us the most about ourselves. With my training as a clinical mental health counselor and wellness coach, I bring experience supporting parents through life transitions, stress, and complex family dynamics. Whether you're navigating toddler tantrums, teen rebellion, divorce and co-parenting, or simply the daily overwhelm of keeping everyone alive and fed, we'll approach it all with compassionโ€”for your children, and especially for yourself.

  • I appreciate working with adults and youth navigating neurodivergence, including ADHD, sensory sensitivities, or executive functioning challenges. I have not only worked as a coach focusing on ADHD and executive functioning for over a decadeโ€”I walk the walk in my own life. Thriving with ADHD can be challenging, but it is possible!

In our work together, you can expect a patient, attentive, and understanding presence, where your unique wiring is seen as a strength, not a deficit. No more shame about the pile of laundry, the forgotten appointments, or the hyperfocus that made you forget to eat. Instead, we'll work with your brain, not against it.

I use integrative approaches including mindfulness to help with emotional regulation and present-moment awareness, reflective exercises to understand your patterns without judgment, practical coaching strategies that actually work for ADHD brains, and trauma-informed therapy that recognizes how years of being "too much" or "not enough" can impact self-worth. Together, we'll build self-awareness around your unique patterns and create routines and systems that support your daily lifeโ€”not neurotypical routines that you'll abandon in three days, but sustainable structures designed for how your brain actually works.

I view neurodivergence as a natural part of human diversity, not something that needs fixing. Through our partnership, I'll support you in finding clarity amidst the mental chaos, balance between stimulation and rest, and genuine confidence in your unique way of navigating the world. Because there's nothing wrong with youโ€”you've just been trying to operate in a world that wasn't built for your brain.
