Why We’re Pivoting Toward

Mentorship-First

Partnerships

I don’t want to lead from requirements and enforcement—I want to lead from fire.

Let’s be blunt: I hated running a practice with a W2 employee model. I mean… hated.

The W2 model required me to become someone I never wanted to be:

The enforcer.

The policy-maker.

The one who has to say “we can’t” because the revenue math doesn’t work out, no matter how hard I tried to make it happen.

The W2 model is '“safe” on paper. It’s what I was told was the gold standard and what “everyone wanted”—the responsible, stable, “right” way to build a practice.

And don’t misunderstand me—there is 100% a need for the W2 model. I know many incredible group practice owners who run their practices on a W2 model with absolute integrity, compassion, and a clinicians-as-humans-first approach (many). But it just never aligned with how I actually move through the world and what my ‘zones of genius’ are.

Samantha Goldberg

Founder & CEO

The truth is:

The traditional W2 group practice model required me to operate like a boss when I’ve always loved being a mentor.

It forced me to enforce metrics and minimums when what I really care about is growth, impact, innovation, and freedom.

That’s not who I am. And it’s not who I want to be.

Honestly, I never wanted to be someone’s boss.

I wanted to be their co-visionary.

Their hype girl business mentor.

Their amplifier.

I want to build alongside co-creators, co-disruptors, co-visionaries.

I want to work alongside people who are building something real and aligned—for themselves, for their clients, and for the world they actually give a damn about. Especially right now.

After years of running a traditional group practice, I had to ask myself some hard questions.

Why did so many talented clinicians feel stuck in a system that promised flexibility but still ultimately delivered burnout?

Why did the work of holding it all together leave so little room for innovation, rest, or trust?

Why did I feel like I was constantly managing from a place of scarcity and enforcement?

Why was I, someone obsessed with freedom, entrepreneurship, and innovation, replicating a model that didn’t actively support that in others?

What would it look like to create a practice model that evolves alongside the people in it?

How can the future of group private practice include a model that honors and celebrates the hell out of the entrepreneurial spirit that so many clinicians and helpers are tapping into?

What gaps did I keep noticing but didn’t have the space, capacity, or structure to fully address?

What I realized changed everything.

W2 and a single-service model wasn’t wrong—it just wasn’t me. And it made it incredibly difficult to evolve with the changing needs of clinicians, helpers, and our community.

I realized that I never got into this work to manage people—not in this way. I got into it to build people up.

And if the structure itself makes that impossible?

It’s the structure that needs to go.

So I tore it down.

Now, we’re rebuilding as a multi-disciplinary, fiercely affirming, values-aligned wellness hub with built in business coaching—uniting diverse providers with shared values all under one roof.

A wellness hub for providers who want more: more freedom, more alignment, more impact—without sacrificing connection, personalized support, their values, or themselves.

Where clinicians and wellness providers operate like entrepreneurs—with a backbone of collective momentum and built in business mentorship support.

Where providers can do autonomous work in a space that affirms who they are, creates a safe space for their clients, and amplifies what they’re building.

So, why would you want to join now?
